Jayo's streetwise visions are full of anger, violence and expletive-filled blows against the empire, tempered by a more thoughtful, considered sensibility that adds a literate resonance to the raps here. There are some stellar guest appearances here, but Jayo Felony's vocal presence is strong enough to keep the focus on his limber delivery and carefully constructed lyrics. East Coast rap at it's finest, musically imaginative and verbally unrelenting.
