Shipping Information

Expedited shipping: Most expedited orders ship the next day if received by 1:30 PM EST (10:30AM PST). This applies to US residents only.

We strive to ship all in-stock items in 1-2 business day following your order. All orders ship from New Jersey, unless otherwise noted in the product details.

Shipping Services:
We will use US Postal Service or Fedex to deliver your order. FedEx requires a street mailing address. However, we will ship orders to a PO Box, APO, FPO, or international address via the US Postal Service (Priority Mail). Please be aware that expedited shipping is not available for APO or FPO addresses and delivery may take several days longer than delivery within the US.

Package Tracking:
If FedEx is used to ship your order, an email will be sent with a tracking number and a link to track your package. This tracking number can also be entered manually at the following web address:

 Returns

Izzymusic reserves the right to research all returns and problems with orders. Repeated returns and excessive damage to product may or may not be credited or replaced.
Izzymusic will accept returns on merchandise sold only under the following conditions:

1.Incorrect Representation - If Izzymusic has accidentally misrepresented one of our titles in a website listing or if you feel that an item you have purchased significantly differs from the description we listed, we will consider a return for store credit.

2.Defects - If a new LP or CD purchased at Izzymusic is defective due to an error by the manufacturer, we will offer credit for the cost of the item towards the purchase of another item.

3.Processing Error - If an error has occurred in a customer order at the fault of Izzymusic, then we will accept the item back for credit. However, if an error occurs at the fault of the customer ordering an item, Izzymusic cannot be held responsible. **We absolutely do not accept returns based on taste, having duplicates, or on items purchased in error.

4.Shipping Damage/Loss - Izzymusic is committed to getting you your records and CDs in the best possible condition, and to that end we carefully pack each order. We cannot however be responsible for items damaged by the postal service/UPS, nor for lost packages.

If you need to return an item, please email us first at returns@izzymusic.com, indicating the reason for your return. When you return the items, please be sure to include the original order number and email receipt. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.


 Your Privacy and Security

We recognize that online privacy of our customers is imperative to the Izzymusic experience and we want to assure our customers that we are committed to protecting your privacy online.

What information do we collect?

When you place an order on Izzymusic, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing and shipping address. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Izzymusic may use the information, on occasion, to notify our visitors about updates to our site, and certain programs that become available to our customers.


Will Izzymusic disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Izzymusic does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Izzymusic may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information. Izzymusic may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with the law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of Izzymusic, our users, or others.


What are "cookies" and how do we use them?

A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a website stores on your computer to allow it to distinguish it from others. It is used in conjunction with data stored on the Izzymusic server. It's needed to preserve the continuity of your session so that you can do things like place & keep items in a shopping cart without having to log in for each item. Cookies are also used by Izzymusic to know which affiliate to reward for introducing you to us. Cookies also might be used to allow you or the Izzymusic system to customize the content to your personal preferences.

Izzymusic uses cookie information only for the above purposes. It does not share cookie information with other websites or businesses. In other words, the cookie can't be used by any other company to build a larger scale profile of your browsing & buying habits.
