How to get to IZZY’s via plane, train (or bus) and automobile (or by foot)
IZZY’s Records & CDs is located at 753 Boulevard, Kenilworth, New Jersey, between the Garden State Parkway and S. Michigan Ave. The store is behind Karate World - enter our parking lot between Synergy Bank and Karate World. If you prefer verbal directions, or you get lost, call us at 908-259-0070. Need a map? Need a hotel?It’s pretty easy to drive to IZZY’s, since it’s just a quarter mile from Garden State Parkway Exit 138. If you’re coming from Manhattan because you’re sick of paying too much money for your records and CDs, and don’t get tangled up in rush-hour traffic, you’ll be at IZZY’s in a little over 15 minutes once you’re on the New Jersey side of the Holland Tunnel, depending on how much of a lead foot you have. If you’re coming from Newark International Airport, it only takes about 10 minutes before you’re at IZZY’s!
IZZY’s is about 15 minutes away from the Woodbridge and Menlo Park Malls (and what are you doing wasting your time at a MALL anyway??). From Belmar, we’re about an hour’s drive, and two hours from Atlantic City (WIN, baby, WIN!!) or Philadelphia.
Garden State Parkway:
Take Parkway Exit 138. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp.
Continue about a quarter mile. IZZY's is located on the left side of the street, immediately after the intersection at Market Street (the first traffic light after the A&P supermarket).
The store and parking lot are behind Karate World. Enter the lot via the driveway between Synergy Bank and Karate World.
New Jersey Turnpike:
Take the Turnpike to Exit 14.
Follow signs to Route 22 West or Route 78 West.Exit to take the Garden State Parkway South.
Take Parkway Exit 138. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp.

NOTE: full bus service is only available Mondays through Saturdays, because the 58 bus does NOT run on Sundays.
New Jerseyans: If you live in Cranford, Roselle Park, Elizabeth or Kenilworth, NJ, take the local 58 bus.
New Yorkers: You'll need to take two busses to get to IZZY's - try to bring exact change, or close to it. First, take the #113 bus from Port Authority (on 8th Avenue between 40th & 42nd Streets). Tickets cost $4.35 each way, and the ride is between 45 minutes to an hour. There are two places (both in Roselle Park) where you can then transfer to the local 58 bus ($1.70 each way) - at the corner of Westfield Avenue and Chestnut Street (tell the driver to CALL OUT YOUR STOP!), and if you miss that stop, also at the corner of Westfield Avenue and Faitoute Ave. At the same stop you get off the 113 bus, you will also be able to catch the 58 bus. Take the 58 bus to the corner of Boulevard and S. Michigan Avenue (Faitoute Ave. turns into S. Michigan Ave. once you cross into Kenilworth). The bus will make a left turn onto Boulevard. You need to go in the opposite direction, to the right, to get to IZZY's, which is about two blocks down.

Take either New Jersey Transit's Northeast Corridor Line or North Jersey Coast Line to the Elizabeth stop, and take the 58 bus to IZZY's. To get from the train station to the bus stop (about one block) walk toward Jersey Ave., make a left and walk to the corner of Broad Street. The bus stop is across the street. See bus information (above) for where to get off the 58 bus. The round-trip train from New York City costs between $7 and $9.10 depending on whether you’re traveling during peak or off-peak times, and the trip takes just under half an hour. The bus costs $1.70 each way - exact change preferred. Walking: What?! Are you crazy?? This is NEW JERSEY we’re talkin’ about here!! It’d take forever to walk to IZZY’s, and then how would you carry home all the albums and CDs and other goodies you’d find??? Even the walk from the train station would take at least half an hour. Besides, if you’re coming from Manhattan, the fumes in the Holland Tunnel would kill ya. Plane: This is easier than you might think!! Newark Liberty International Airport is only a few miles away from IZZY’s. If you have a rental car, begin by getting onto Route 22 West or Route 78 West and follow driving directions above.
